Feedback non exsitent and Shoddy service

I have had my daughter registered at Damelin for the pass 3 years and been paying via debit order on the 25th of every month. last year being her final year is when all the drama began. I picked up that I had payed cash for of R4150 for a module from the previous year but was billed R5115 and began querying this. They never provide you with feedback, dont call back and are absolutely rude and arrogant when speaking to them. On the revised statement 2 modules were overcharged however all they say to is that your child cannot graduate if PAYMENT IS NOT MADE... MAKE THEY PAYMENT WE WILL RECTIFY IT LATER... yet I hve been to their office on 3 occassions to rectify and get the payment made only to be told the manager is not here that is handling your query we will send you a revised statement, which never happens. DAMELIN WAKE UP YOU ARE PLAYING WITH OUR CHILDRENS EDUCATIONS!!!
