THE WORST ADMINISTRATION EVER

I am registered Bachelor of Laws Student with the student number: 47240342.

I have been trying to get hold of the University for more than two weeks now, and I still have not been able to. Several telephones calls not answered and emails not responded to.

I finally went to the University's JHB centre and was told to do communicate with the university either by telephone or emails. Neither of these methods have worked thus far.

This is very disheartening. Time is running out and I need help, as a registered student.

All I need to do is apply for exemption of a module I had done at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

I have passed a complaint with the University's Ombud office, the Dean of the College of Law.

I am just out of ideas now. Out. If there was a competing university (I knew off) to UNISA's model, I would de-register from UNISA in a flash and warn everyone else to stay away from this institution, including International counterparts.

How do you expect to attract students and contribute to the development of the country by offering education that will truly liberate this country of you cannot efficiently run your back office?

This needs urgent attention.
