I had a bad a experience with IQ Academy that got me a judgement on the ITC.
I was assisted by Basheera who was very helpful and gave me assurance that my matter would be investigated and I will be called.
I then called again because I had forgotten to ask for my statement and balance and was assisted by Zintle who clearly stated that it will not be available to me (which I did not understand). She then gave me numbers to attorneys in EL who never picked up their phones and their voicemail was a full.
In about an hour later I received a call from a lady called Nomanono Ntleki who was calm and assisted me. I felt at ease with her as she was able to listen to my complaint and find a solution. She took care of everything and assured me my judgement would be removed. She kept updating me and in less than 24 hours my matter was solved.
Thanks Nono, your prompt response and kindness was really appreciated. IQ Academy needs to employ more people like you. :D
