NO JOY FOR 1ST SEMESTER REGISTRATION

I wish to register for my 1st semester modules which seems simple however there are two issues with this: 1) Unisa's website is always offline, 2) The deadline for the 1st semester registrations to actually register and pay has come and gone (please see point 1), 3) There is no feedback from Unisa and not only is their website still intermittently offline but the phone lines are now down. I had tried for at least a week prior to the 24 Jan. 2014 deadline to register and to also pay online but this was impossible as Unisa were having trouble with their website. I finally got hold of Prof. T. Mgutshini was kind enough to point me in the right direction and I got hold of Muriel who has been most helpful. The issue is that all emails to Muriel or Unisa are bouncing back and have been doing so for the last 2-3 days. I try calling and their phones lines seem to be down. I have the money in the bank to pay for my studies however I cannot pay online because the information has been loaded incorrectly and I am not willing to take the risk. I have not been at fault through any of this and wish to have the matter resolved as I am a faithful student and deserve the chance at an education.
