Horrible service

I applied to be registered into B-tech Elec Eng, on the 27th November 2012. I received an email from UNISA stating that I need to submit some documentation on the 29th November 2012. I uploaded the requested documents to their website. I have been phoning UNISA since about the 12th December 2012. I battle to get through and if someone answers the phone they just do not know how to help me. On the 11th Jan 2013 I got through to someone and something was done this day since my registration status changed to "Sent to academic college for approval".

I am still phoning UNISA everyday, and nobody seem to know how to deal with this simply case of registration.

I understand that UNISA deals with a lot of students, but I registered early for that reason. THe registration in question is now older than two months.
