Not registered but payment made!

I registered with Unisa on 19 December 2013 to do a BEd Intermediate and Junior Phase. I received an email from Prof M Mosimege confirming my registration and asking for payment. On 16 January 2014 payment was made. I decided to wait 10 days to give the payment time to reflect in Unisa's account. On 27 Jan, after hearing no more about the status of my registration, I emailed and phoned Unisa. No one was able to help me. On 29 Jan I phoned Unisa again and couldn't get hold of anyone. On 30 Jan I managed to get hold of Andile, who couldn't track my registration but told me to email him proof of payment, which I did. I am getting very frustrated, as I started this registration process early to avoid any delays, and now it is turning into a nightmare! I would like Unisa to clarify and finalise my registration as well as confirm when I can expect to receive my study material. If there was another distance learning university in SA I would deal with them instead of Unisa! Unisa is useless!
