I have stood 5 hours in the Unisa line waiting for help with regards to why my results are outstanding as my fees are up to date... when I finally got assistance I was told that the results will come out on Monday (this is now 3 weeks ago). I have emailed the lecturer on numerous occasions but got no reply. I then called the lecturer and explained the situation, as far as they knew all the results are released. I have exhausted all means of contacting someone who can give me an answer and not keep passing me of on to the next!

They contact you fast when they need the fees but when its time to release the marks or assist you, its a mission to get into contact with anyone responsible.

All the staff need to learn and DO their job and be accountable.
