Poor service

I am a student at Unisa i have registered on June 2013, and i also applied for exemption of which i was told to pay R400.00 before registration which i have paid and i was told to return after 3 days for registration of which i did. I submitted all my certification upon registration on June 2013.

My registration was approved and i received a letter from the Registrar informing that my application has been approved.

I even wrote my exams, later during November i received a letter from the Registrar saying i must submitt statement of results from preveious technikon or college upon registration.

On the 24th of January i went to register at Unisa Vereeniging Branch which the following documents: statement of results from VUT, results from Unisa. I explained the letter i received from Register about statement of results from previous VUT. I was told to resubmit matric certificate, and other certificates.

I asked what happened to the previous ones i submitted on the system they dont appear.

I really want to study please advise what must i do now.

Do i have to resubmitt my certificates every time i register?
