I have not been able to register with Unisa for my qualification for two months, after struggling from April 2013 to get Unisa to accept my foreign qualification exemption. When my application was eventually finalised, the online registration page tells me there are " outstanding documents on their system."
After 2 e-mails, 2 SMS's and hopeless phone calls in an attempt to register, I still have no response and no clarity regarding my situation.
I am feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed seeing that Unisa's incompetence will affect my career and my studies.
