No Feedback regarding application to study dip IT

I applied to study at UNISA on 29 August 2013. I emailed all the required certified documentation as well as my application form. I received an automated response acknowledging receipt of my email. Since then I have received absolutely no communication from UNISA except more automated responses from my enquiries.

I have subsequently sent 6 emails of enquiry to the status of my application and received no helpful response. I have also called numerous UNISA numbers I either get no answer 90% of the time or misunderstanding of my enquiry 10% of the time.

I really need to know if my application was successful as I have no idea if I need to look at other study options - which now most of them have closed their window of application.

My life is on hold because of your incompetence.
