MyUnisa profile deleted

2nd Year student, had already registered for 2013 S1 and profile was working fine.

Logged in to MyUnisa on 1st of Feb and all module listings / financials / previous exam results were gone.

Emailed - no reply
Phoned Monday - operator told she would get back to me - nothing happened.
Did my own investigation - seems they have removed my current profile and stored it under another student number
Phoned Tuesday - operator said they can't help me (lol).
Phoned Tuesday again - eventually spoke to Nelson who said he's sent the info through and I should try logging in again later. Still not working.

Please help - I have lost my profile and can't submit my assignments...

I would like my current student number profile back please.

Current Student Number: 50775790 (profile which used to work fine)
New Student Number: 33816972 (can not claim Unisa login: Error message: "Unisa accounts for new Unisa students will only become available after your application for registration for this academic year was successfully processed and you have received confirmation thereof."
