After experiencing problems at the beginning of this year with registration and the like. Unisa's attitude towards service delivery has still not improved. After being promised that my results for my remarks will be released to me after 2 months from received payment, i am still stuck waiting to find out as to whether I will be writing the supplementary exam in two weeks time that I paid to get remarked. It's extremely infuriating to send email after email, to call over and over again and he absolutely no response but however Unisa was very quick to tell me to pay a small outstanding amount on my account before marks are released to me even though payment for the actual remark had been done in January. Thinking that updating my account and paying the small amount due would make Unisa move a bit faster in terms of supplying me what I paid for, however I was once again proven wrong when all emails are ignored.
