I feel that i was unfairly treated by Bailey Thompson after having paid the registration fees as well as deposit for school fees for my child grade 2 place at her school. The lady acknowledged payment of my deposit of R750.00 and advised that i should pay the balance before Monday 20 January 2014.Only to be told on Friday 17 Jan that my child's space had been given to someone else and my child did not have a class at her school. My argument is i had paid registration fees and and a deposit and Bailey said i should pay the balance before the 20th why then was my child's space given to someone else. Bailey was also very rude in her emails when i tried to question this. My child is now sitting at home and am now forced to return the uniforms i had bought for the new school as well as looking for a school for my child. Even a seller of a product gives 1st preference to people who have paid a deposit before selling the product to new buyers. My question now is for you Bailey was this? and is this the way you run your school? even after explaining my situation you still saw it fit for my child to sit at home while others go to school? if he were your child how would you feel?
