I have been phoning since last week (8 Jan. 2014) regarding my study material. I never speak to the same operator as they are always busy on another line and never phone me back when I leave a message. All the operators I have spoken to have sent out requests to the buyers department (I think that is what the department is called), they all say they will get back to me by EOB but never do.
My registration for Financial Accounting National Diploma was complete on 29th November 2013 (see attached), I would have received my study material within 21 working days from registration. It has been 30 days now and I have been told they don't even have all the material required to be sent to me. I have less than a month left before my first exam (10 Feb. 2014 - Bookkeeping to trail balance) and my studies are falling behind fast. I can't afford to wait another week, this is becoming a serious matter now. I have already registered and paid for my first exam (Exams through ICB) as I had to register for February 2014 exams before end December 2013, if I have to postpone my exam I will have to pay for it again and on top of that it will ruin my schedule.
