Refusal to Register Final Year Student

I am a final year student, this is the 5th year I am doing this Bed Sen. and FET degree p02615. I am very dissatisfied with their service.
I try to get hold of registrations, everyone just keeps putting down the phone at UNISA registrations. And to email. No one answers the emails except Mr Mchunu. Otherwise if I phone the phone just keeps ringing and ringing.
Besides I keep getting this 1 email from Mr. Mchunu from Educare and Eduenquiries that my selection of modules for 2014 is invalid but it is not. I am a final year student, allowed to have 72 credits a semester, x6 per semester as I am allowed x12 per year.
My selection is not invalid. I am allowed 6 per Semester as I am a final year student. I filled in a DSAR06 form which allows registering for x10 modules plus another x2 equaling 12 modules which is 72 per term. Why can UNISA not understand this. These are UNISA rules
9.2.3 Students in the final semester of study for a qualification weighted at 240 credits or more may apply
to register an extra 24 credits for the year.
