I am a new student. I claimed my myunisa logon fine, and the myunisa portion of the site works perfectly However i CANNOT access the mylife email. It says it does not exist, I cannot log in and if i try to send a test email to the email address given to me then it bounces back saying email does not exist. I have been trying to get this resolved since November 2013 when i registered, and all i get is unanswered phones, ignored emails and NO FEEDBACK! Unisa themselves stress how critical this email is and yet they seem incapable of assisting with a fix. I have sent numerous emails (including to bugmaster) and I have had absolutely no luck in getting this resolved, and the semester has officially started, which means that i am now at a severe disadvantage in my studies because Unisa is not interested in assisting.
