I have been trying to register for the next semester since 2 January 2013. Since the nearest Unisa office is far from my residential area, i'm using the online registration system. However, upon selecting the modules i wish to register for, the website times out & delivers an error message. I receive an email from unisa confirming my personal details for registration, however, according to MyUnisa i am not registered for the current year.
I have sent multiple emails to unisa, tried the sms line, tried the contact number & even emailed the unisa webmaster reporting the problem i am facing but to no avail.
How do you expect your students to register if you are not available for support. Time is running out for those of us who still wish to study this semester.
