Still no admission for me (returning student) in a new program

I was doing an Extended program last semesta, of which i have completed. I applied to do BSc Computing in september and by the time of registrations in November, i was not yet admitted in the program so i could not register. I applied again around December when we were given another chance to apply and still there was no admission. Now they have given us a last chance to apply and i did so but still no admission and registration closing date is getting closer and closer.
