A debit order went through on my account and i went to the bank to find details of the company that debited my account and for that i get charged at the bank for them to research for me. I Sent a mail to them and they responded telling me that it is not them who debited my account and i was given numbers which don't work the phone just rings without anyone picking up. Phones Stracol to let them know that the number they gave me is not working and i was given another number and it was worse with it because it doesn't exist. I'm tired of following you around and i was told by a lady that i spoke to that they can't contact the company on my behalf yet she says its their client. How do you have clients but can't communicate with them? I need this to be sorted out because the debit ordr came through while i had no cash in my account and the bank charges me R115 for rertuned debits.
