Qualification not complete - no response from Dept

I've been a postgraduate student at Unisa since 2011, studing toward PGCE (02623). My student number is 48197173. I passed all modules required -11 in total. However, my academic record reflects the status "qualification not complete". I contact and email Unisa without any successful response. What to do now, as I can not register for any other modules and I WANT MY QUALIFICATION!!
