Unisa discontinued their call centre and it is impossible to get hold of someone to help me. I used their recommended method to cancel a study unit via the Internet by mistake; this was done before the10th of January. I received the study material. I went to Unisa Pretoria to check if all the information is okay and to confirm that I have registered for 5modules for semester 1. The registration assistant at Unisa Pretoria confirmed that I will be registering 5modules for semester 1 and nothing will be cancelled. To my surprise I logged in to my unisa today to submit my first assignment for Module MNM1503 to my surprise the module disappeared from list of my modules registered for semester 1 and now I am left with 4 modules. I tried to register immediately and the website is registering the module for semester 2 because registration is closed. I paid all my fees for 5 modules semester 1 and was only left with R900 to finish my fees for semester 1.Please reinstate my module I would like to continue with Module mnm1503 or call me if you don't understand. Is not my fault but your website and bad service. Please reinstate my module MNM1503 I havealready paid and would like to continue
