I have been unable to register for a Unisa honours course online since registration opened at the end of last year. Apparently I have either not submitted certain admission documents (I'm sure I've submitted all the required documentation) or have not paid the application fee (I have paid the application fee in full) or my studies are in the process of being approved.
Upon sending an equiry to [email protected] to determine whether my studies still need to be approved or which of the required documents I need to submit I recieved a response stating that I will recieve feedback from the Applications office in due course. Of course I've recieved no such feedback.
In addition, I've recieved no feedback from a mail I subsequently sent to [email protected]. Registration closes in about 15 days and it would nice to know that UNISA have indeed accepted me to study this year so that I may plan my life around this (not to mention finalise what courses I want to do).
The lack of reponse from UNISA is incredibly demotivating and has made me think twice about studying here.
