As with many of the other complainants regarding Stratcol - i have been debited for some or other service I have not signed up for or received!!!! Stratcol has billed me and taken money out of my Capitec account with out my knowledge OR permission.
i have gone to my bank to have the money reversed but who is going to pay for bank changes?? I want my banking fees paid back. I want an explanation as to HOW the you have access to people's private details - because paying me back is simply not enough at this stage. I need to understand how this works and how our banks are failing us!
These people have my id number and bank account details - how much of a violation of my privacy must this be before someone takes note and puts a stop to this rubbish..
