Hi, i have a serious prolem with uniisa and have tried to put my queries through via e-mail & phonecall but obviously no response at all. I wrote a multiple choice exam paper which i studied for extremely hard and feel i have a distinction in the subject yet when i received my results i had failed with a 35% this is so unfair to take lying down because im not allowed to recheck/ remark or even view my paper and just supposed to accept my results!!! Now im expected to re-register and pay money for a module i know i have already passed honestly!! is this a money making scheme?? How can one just accept a result given to one without even looking at the paper!! this is unjust!!! Nobody bothers to reply my emails an puts the phone down at Unisa without even talking to one!! I demand to view my paper and tjeir is nothing unfair about me requesting this!! Unisa refuses to mark an assignment if it is one day late, refuse to release results if fees are not paid yet take two months to give students their results which i feel is even incorrect! How is one supposed to achieve anything in life with Unisa being unjust and how does it harm anyone to view their MCQ paper??? i demand an explanation
