I am a returning student wanting to register for my LLB degree. I completed the necessary form "Application for returning student" and this form was emailed to Unisa at email address [email protected] on the 12th of November 2013. Registration at Unisa opened on the 25th of November 2013. When I tried to register online I was unable to do so as there was an error message saying " that there was outstanding documents" I then phoned Unisa Tel (012) 441 5703 / Tel: (012) 429-4016 / (012) 471-2256 / (012) 429 6166 . Also when I phoned I want sent from pillar to post without any success.
Unisa has been emailed 21 times to rectify this problem my application form for returning students was attached to the email, my id document and my marriage certificate (emailed [email protected], [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]. I then subsequently phoned everytime the email was sent and then was told that everything on their side is fine and they don't know what the problem can be. I do not know where to turn to anymore as I am not getting any joy. Never thought that it will be such a frustrating process to registe
