Unisa
Inability to assist Final year student to graduate

I registered 1 module with unisa for non-degree purposes as it was the only outstanding module left to complete my LLb degree of which I am a full time student at another University. I missed the main exam in November last year due to ill health. I submitted a Dr's certificate as well as a motivational letter requesting to write the aegrotat in Jan/Feb exam period as writting in May/June as they mentined would disadvantage me from graduating as graduation at my University is held in May and also that I was conditionally accepted for my masters this year pending graduation. I was of the view that they would assist me as a final year student and that Unisa would be of more help especially that I was not registered there for the whole degree but only one module with the main intention to complete my degree. The module pvl2602 is offered at My University in the first semester with the exam being written in May/June. Unisa says my exam has been deffered to May/June, Does it then not defeat my purpose of having registered with Unisa as I may as well have Registered it with the University I am at, had I known being ill would be a crime and put me to disadvantage. Please what can I do?
