I registered for Project Management course for career prospects purposes, within a week of registering, my study material was delivered. I was so happy and excited to start with my studying. little did I know things would get worse.
After a weeks of receiving the material, I receive another mail, to say they will be delivering my study material and thanking me for choosing collegesa. I called to find out what was the problem but they said I should just use the 2nd student number, all is well.
Days go by and I start getting messages that I should pay my account. I submitted my assignment but no results or feedback. When I call wanting to cancel the course because now I can see there is some going on I cannot get hold of anyone. everyone keeps transfering me to everyone.
This morning I get an email from the college and i respond and someone named Tanya Van Wyk responds and she tells me that the college received a transfer form from me and I tell her I did not send any form whatsover and request that she forwards me the form, she cannot. I paid R950 and now I have to pay another R500 even though I didn't get anything from the college. I'm highly disappointed in this.
