Im disgusted and appalled by the service i recieved at the kathorus campus, i specially took a day off from work to submitt my diploma application forms. i was rudly told the person to take in the documents is not at campus and i must wait or come back tommorow. i tried to call the day before so i can make an appointment but they say their phones are disconnected, how do they run such an establishment without phones? i suggest that all those ladies are taken to the customer service trainning because they dont know anything about that. they are there to assist us not to make us feel as if we owe them something. i was once a paying customer in that institution and i demand to be treated with respect
