I am trying to apply and register with UNISA but to no avail UNISA does not answer their phones and does not reply to emails. I just want to find out information on a particular course/programme. Why does UNISA have contact numbers if no one answers their phone. Can you understand how frustrating that is. Not everyone can visit the contact centres just to find out a piece of information.
Your customer service and lack of interest is really troubling. FIX IT.
