I did a short course during the frist semester of 2013, I paid the course fees as the registration period was almost over, then a few weeks later my employer also paid the fees, which was R2600. In June I went to the Potchefstroom campus, filled in a form to have the R2600 paid back to me, they told me it would take 21 working days. After nothing happened after almost two months I went back to the Potch campus in August. They said they would resend the origal form to the financial department. I phoned that same campus again in October, they gave me an email address and two telephone numbers to phone and said it was out of their hands. Nobody replies to my emails and there is no answer when I phone them. I don't know what to do anymore. I want to enroll for a degree for 2014, but I'm not so sure anymore.
