I Applied at unisa via online registration, paid my registration fee and submitted all requested documentation. UNISA felt no shame sending numerous emails regarding registration fees and documentation, but when it comes down to responding and letting propective students know where they stand regarding their studies UNISA cannot fulfill.
It is not a month gone by and not even as much as a response e-mail or letter from the institution, leaving me wondering if i should now apply at another institution (if it is still open for registrations).
This is extremely discouraging for prospective students!!!
