The past few months I wrote to hellopeter about a problem I had with Fernwood college whereby they were debiting money from my other account used by my mother, after then they stopped for few months. To my surprise today the 25 October I received a message from bank saying they debited R385 followed by R200. I have explained before that it is my mother's account, either way how can they debit money from the account that was not authorised for them to debit? Now as we speak my mother and I are not in good terms because of the debit orders, she thinks I'm the one who's withdrawing her money. Please I am begging, refund all the money you have debited from capitec bank account, please. My mom is very angry at me and I don't blame her, I want money back to the account immediately.please. Also cancel the course since u are giving me problems, I don't want it anymore
