I received an SMS from BTSC Learning institute offering extra classes in one of my UNISA modules. I responded and am still waiting for them to confirm the revision classes. I then received another SMS weeks later to attend one last class, which I responded to. Their email back to me gave the date and time. When I then arrived ready for the class, I was told the class had been moved to another day. After having been to their premises, I would like to warn other students not to attend their classes. Their offices are horrible, their admin process are terrible, and I could clearly see that they are not qualified to offer tuition in any tertiary studies.
