I have applied for registration of modules before the closing date and have yet to receive a reference number to make payment regarding the application or any feedback. I took time off from work to drive to my nearest Unisa branch (Florida) who could not assist me in this regard. Telephone numbers were handed to me which I tried to phone to no avail. Eventually, I got the Telkom directory to put me through to Unisa where a very rude lady assisted me. She said she could see on the system that I have applied but no application fee is needed as I am an existing student and the application fee is only to obtain a student number. I was dumb-struck and asked her to repeat this which she did. She then advised that I only start worrying if I have not received feedback by the end of October. Well, we are approaching the end of October and when I searched for my application feedback on the MyUnisa status of application tool, I was just informed of the following: "Dear Student, we have no record of any application for registration for the current registration period via the online registration system." I am writing my final exams for my degree and do not have time to drive to Pta for answers
