Unisa have closed their call centres, the only way to contact them is by sending an email on their website. I have sent several emails which always are ignored. I never receive acknowledgement nor do I get a response. i am owed a refund of R2100, which I completed a form and sent to them to do the refund, and they state it takes 21 days. 2 months later, the refund has still not been done and I have had no contact from anyone from Unisa. unisa is THE WORST higher learning institution in South Africa!!! Its a big shame that we do not have any alternatives as distance learning students. I am sure this Hello Peter complaint will also be ignored by them.
