I have emailed Mr M Lesabe (Student Account Enquiries) on two occasions now requesting a statement on my account. I was under the impression that I owed UNISA R1460.00 which I wanted to settle but when I went onto MyUnisa it said I had no outstanding fees. When I checked under assignments on MyUnisa I saw that two of my modules have been cancelled due to outstanding fees.
I emailed Mr M Lesabe asking for an account so that I could settle but he has not responded to one of my emails. Needless to say I have paid UNISA R1460.00 which is reflecting on MyUnisa but my two modules are still reflecting as cancelled. I have checked my exam timetable and I have exam admission for those two modules but I'd like my modules to not reflect as cancelled on MyUnisa and I'd like a copy of my statement so that I can put my mind to rest that I don't have any outstanding fees.
The two modules which have been cancelled are LPAFRT8 and PCF406-5.
