Hi Michael, Your complaint has been noted however as stated in our telecon today we have instances of bookings and request for refunds by clients using their company funds for personal purposes (booking and later requesting refunds into their personal accounts).
I would like you to refer you to terms and conditions of our registration agreement which stipulates the conditions of service. In this matter all the clients affected by the cancellation were accomodated at the other events we hosted. We are not Artist as indicated i could not authorise any payment without a confirmation letter from your bankers period.
The matter has been closed in our files as i used my discretion for the refund which has since been paid to your company.
