UNISA not processing semester exchange request

I have requested a semester change for one of my registered modules (EUP1501) almost a week ago via the MyUnisa online portal. This request has not yet been processed. I have also sent an e-mail to UNISA querying this but have not received any response yet. The UNISA registration period has now ended and I already have an assignment due for this module on the 1st of February.
