I registered and got amazing service from your registration dept.
Since i have been registered i have received no assistance. After numerous calls to your college and numerous promises nothing has happened. According to your staff you get a tutor assigned to you and they will
assist you through your studies. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL! According to Alistair your college does not have tutors on site and you make use of a tutor that is contracted. I have to complete a form send it back and then wait till they contact me. Correspondence means i work and study part time. So when i study when i have time available then from your side there is just no help! My assignments are behind and i am over my time of completion. You have received your full payment and i have not even completed one assignment. I have never met such poorly organized people in my life there is no professionalism. I want my full studies paid back to me and the books i will give back you with pleasure as they no meant absolutely nothing to me!
