UNISA's application process closed on 20 September 2013 for 2014 registration. I am not currently a student, and upon inquiry on the website, i was informed that an application must be completed and the closure of this was 20 September 2013.
Are there no allowances? I had not seen a single advert or heard a single radio advert regarding the application process, yet other universities have been a lot more media focused in this regard.
How are students (in the work environment) supposed to be aware of the application process and closure dates, if this was not adequately communicated to the public?
UNISA will apparently not allow any late applications - shouldn't late applications be accepted for a late fee? This used to be the process when I studied.
To stop a student from applying due to lack of publicity on the institution's part is completely unfair.
