WORST SERVICE EVER

I needed to change my degree from education to law. i was told to apply online. when applying as a current student i got a error saying that i was registered for part time studies only. i was told to then apply as a new student and i got a error saying i was already registered as a current student. when calling them i was told to now contact the admissions department. when trying to call them the phone was just engaged or just kept ringing. i tried emailing them and the email address on the website no longer existed. when calling a different department they advised me the registration is closed and i need to register for next semester. i told them it is unacceptable as ive been trying to get this resolved since the beginning of the month calling every weekday. i then asked them to have the admissions department call me as i cannot get hold of them. my number was taken and i was going to receive a call today. im still waiting. i do not think i should register for next semester as they are the ones who did not do their jobs and ive been trying since the beginning of sept. i am also still awaiting feedback on a different query i sent through on 30 Aug.
