Due to the prereq requirements I needed to pass two preceding accounting modules FAC1502 & FAC1601. Passed FAC1502 & requested remark for FAC1601, which I passed.
Jul
09- Sent mail to request the remark for FAC1601
18- Sent submitted prelim registration for the two follow on modules, also sent an email requesting that these modules not be cancelled due to waiting for the remark result.
Following msg was displayed on MyUnisa: Application received on 18 June 2013- In progress 09 July 2013, Reg incomplete: Awaiting exam result
Aug
14- Sent an email to Unisa requesting that they approve my registration as remark was successful.
Msg changed to: In progress 20 August 2013, Reg incomplete: Awaiting handling at section
22- Willem Mathews at the Parow student admin depart advised that there was no record of registration for the two modules. I forwarded an email with a screenshot showing the registration. He indicated that he would forward the query to the relevant depart.
28- Sent email requesting feedback, advised query was sent to the relevant dept & waiting for feedback.
Disgusted by the non-service. HOW do they manage to function at all?
