Complete lack of service!

I've been contacting UNISA for the last week with regard to my application that can't be processed because my name is already on their system. Applications close tomorrow 20 September and still no response. I've sent dozens of emails, completed an online enquiry and tried calling 5 different numbers from their websites contact page, not a single number works. How can an institution such as the University of South Africa be this pathetic? How can nobody at UNISA answer a single phone or respond to any emails at all? How how how? Applications for 2014 close tomorrow but UNISA won't respond to any enquiries. COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE to say the least! If you weren't advertising on your website that applications are open I would be questioning whether UNISA still existed!
