It all started when I registered online for the second semester at unisa. I registered for four modules or so I thought I did. The registration amount as I understood it to be was R2250. I paid an amount R2700 before the closing date of payment to unisa. As I waited to receive my material I received a letter in August stating not only that my registration was incomplete, but that I had registered for five modules and not four. I was confused. The letter also stated an amount of R2820 was payable to unisa. They had added a fifth module to my registration therefore increasing the registration fee therefore causing my registration to be incomplete.By the time I received the letter, the period for payment was closed. I am now stuck doing nothing for 6months all because of unisa adding a fifth module to my initial registration and a stupid R120 that I wasn't even aware I had to pay.
