Online web registration is not working. UNISA has made this avenue available. I have accessed https://registration.unisa.ac.za. The website does not allow me to continue after page 2 saying an unexpected error occurred. It then asks me to report how I came to this error and when I type in how it happened, it says that it will be reported to the wenmaster and the webmaster will attend to the problem as soon as possible. I have tried this several times since this afternoon and it gives me the same error. This is my preferred channel. Since I work full time and it is convenient to register online rather then waiting in long ques and having to take leave. The registration closing date is 25 January 2012 according to your website [URL Removed] and this is very frustrating that this convenient avenue is not working. In general the local Unisa office does not answer the telephones. It rings until you give up. I am aware that the office is open only till 16h00 . I am uncomfortable to send my details via SMS or send an email as I an concerned that there will not be any response.
