In January 2012 I agreed to pay for my niece to complete her school studies through a correspondence college. She the chose INTEC and the registration process went as far as sending in an application form will all the relevant details. The a student adviser informed my niece she would not qualify to study with INTEC.
The college proceeded implement the financial side of the application and started deducting payments from my bank account.
Eventually the college requested more information regarding my bank account - this request was filled by me on the 5th July 2012. I was then informed it would take three months to refund my money.
I have since written to the college about non-payment. I have received reply stating that they "HAVE ESCALATED THE MATTER TO THEIR REFUND DEPARTMENT" Today happens to be the 25 January 2013. And STILL NO WORD FROM THIS THIEVING LOT.
Since when does it take so long to refund money owed to a student who has not studied at all in their college having been told she would not qualify.
