I made an EFT on Monday, 2 September as 31 august fell on the weekend. My monthly instalments towards my tuition fees are on the last day of each month. Today I received a text saying my account was overdue. I called the accounts department and told them that I had made the payment on Monday. This is not the first time that this has happened. When I paid my registration deposit fee on 18 July, and sent the proof of payment, they said they did not receive my payment and sent me back and forth and after calling several times (using my airtime) and sending countless proof of payments, of which I have to be charged for by my bank, they eventually processed my registration!

The accounts department needs to get organised. I refuse to call each month to state that I have paid to avoid its hounding messages. When I make the payment, I quote my student number as a reference. I don't understand how this causes delay for payment to be reflected since each student is given a unique number. And I do send the proof of payment, each time being given a different e-mail address!

This better be sorted asap and I hope there will be no further problems relating to my account!!
