I woke up on saturday to find an sms on my phone that an amount of R129.99 has been debited in my account by Stratcol. I phoned to make an enquiry & understand who gave them the permission to take money in my account but no one at the call centre seems to want answer their phones and no from stratcol seems to be replying to me.
Please sort this out as I have not authorized stratcol to debit any money from my account.
