No response on emails

I have completed my degree- all required modules for my degree in 2012 and yet my qualification still shows as Final year student. I need to apply for an urgent available position and cannot as my qualification is not reflecting as complete. I have emailed and called a number of people /addresses and todate have no received a response. PLEASE could somebody respond!
