My bank account was debited with R99.99 for the past 3 months and when i called the bank they gave me a number to call Stratcol. When I called Stratcol, they were unable to provide me with the details of one of their clients. I spoke to Julia, who promised to call me back and help me get my money back but she still hasn't called. I tried calling in several times and spoke to Noma who was very rude and she also couldn't help me. I wonder how do they conduct business with people/companies that they do not know. This is very frustrating because I don' know how to get my money back. I'm definitely going to take this matter to the bank ombudsman. Stratcol is committing.
